The EIA Services Group was founded by Ms. Olivia Serra in 1995 as an innovative start-up in the psychology-based assessment sector in order to introduce non-standard, disruptive approaches elaborated and developed by progressive scholars of the University of Buenos Aires. The EIA technology for assessments in the field of HR related services was successfully implemented by Olivia Serra particularly within her networking and head-hunting services portfolio.
